Refund Policy

1. Digital product purchases
Because Hired On Sight digital products provide immediate access to downloadable materials, templates, prompts, frameworks, or strategic documents, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
2. Productized services and written implementation offers
For productized services, written reviews, asset packs, activation sprints, or similar implementation offers, payment reserves time and production capacity. These purchases are generally non-refundable once intake has been submitted, work has begun, or delivery has been provided.
3. Website scoping deposits
Website build scoping deposits are non-refundable because they cover written review of your Builder output, platform/access situation, existing assets, visual direction, project fit, and recommended build path. If your project is accepted and moves forward, the deposit may be credited toward the approved website build when stated on the offer page.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees cover the active billing period and are generally non-refundable after billing. You may cancel future billing according to the checkout or subscription platform’s cancellation process. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past charges.
5. Duplicate purchases or technical access issues
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice or cannot access a purchased file due to a technical delivery issue, contact us at hello@hiredonsight.com. We will review the situation and either restore access, provide a replacement delivery method, or consider a refund where appropriate.
6. No results-based refunds
Refunds are not provided because a buyer did not receive leads, revenue, booked calls, press, virality, referrals, client trust, or other business outcomes. Hired On Sight provides strategic tools, guidance, and assets; it does not guarantee market response.
7. How to request help
If something is missing, broken, or unclear, email hello@hiredonsight.com with your order email, purchase date, product name, and a short description of the issue.
